Description:
Pohjois-Savo ELY center requests your offers for managing public transport services in accordance with the traffic agreement based on gross compensation in the Pohjois-Savo area.
This tender is implemented as a joint procurement with the city of Kuopio.
The content of the traffic agreement is defined in more detail in the attached tender documents. These contract conditions are observed in traffic based on gross compensation, where the ticket and payment system of the transport operator and the Waltti ticket and payment system of the city of Kuopio are in use.
