Description:
The object of the procurement is the growing mediums and coverings used in the urban engineering of the city of Kerava.
The procurement is divided into two (2) sub-areas:
Sub-area 1. The growing mediums delivered to the area of the city of Kerava, including the following growing medium products:
- lawns A1-A3
- softwood trees, bushes, poorexamples, Group roses and perennials and limited growing mediums
- barren areas (infra soil)
- dry meadows
- crushed pine bark, age 0-1 years
Part area 2. Growing mediums pickup sale, including the following growing medium products:
- lawns A1-A3
- vaatelia trees, bushes, creepers, Group roses and Perennas and limited growing media
- barren areas (infra soil)
- dry meadows
- crushed pine bark, age 0-1 years
All offered growing media must comply with the publication Infra RYL 2015.
The bidder can make an offer for one or both sub-areas. The interior of the sub-areas must be offeredall sites.
In procurement, a sub-area-specific framework arrangement is established. A maximum of three (3) suppliers with the most economically advantageous offer will be selected for each sub-area. Bidders are prioritized by sub-area based on the lowest price.
Actual iethe twilight period is 12 months. The contract can be extended by a maximum of two (2) separate one (1) year option periods. The estimated start date of the contract period is April 1, 2024.
