Description:
OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT
The object of the procurement is the legal services for the procurement of the construction project of the new GTK Mintec pilot plant, as defined in the tender request and its appendices.
The object of procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its appendices, especially in appendix 1 "Object of procurement description".
See also section 4 of the contract (Appendix A) attached to the request for tenders.
SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT
The amount of work during the contract period is estimated to be 300-500 hours (h) for the first four (4) years of the contract regarding. However, according to the procurement unit's assessment, a clear majority of the work to be performed is aimed at the first year of the contract. This is a non-binding estimate.
The tenderer must note that the procurement falls below the threshold value for other special services according to Appendix E of the Procurement Act.
