SUBSCRIBE TO THE MARKET DIALOGUE
This announcement does not solicit bids, and it does not oblige the procurement entity to carry out the actual procurement. The preliminary information notice is accompanied by an invitation to market mapping, in which case the procurement interested operators have the opportunity to conduct a market dialogue regarding procurement with the procurement unit. The purpose of the market dialogue is to have a general discussion about the object of the procurement and its determination. The market dialogue does not bind the purchasing unit to carry out the purchase. The market dialogue also does not bind the supplier interested in the purchase to participate in a possible tender that will be held later.
Suppliers interested in procurement are asked to indicate their interest in participating in the market dialogue by 16.00 on 11 December 2025 by sending contact information by e-mail to the project procurement manager at tuomas.noopila@sweco.fi.
For suppliers interested in purchasing, there is with the purpose of sending draft material related to the purchase by email for written comments.
