Description:
The object of the procurement is the gynecological and obstetrical ultrasound equipment to be acquired for the use of the hospitals and health centers of the HUS group (hereinafter HUS) and the Kymenlaakso welfare area (cf. Kymsote) and the related accessories described below in the request for tender.
By open procurement procedureae HUS makes a framework arrangement in accordance with Section 42 of the Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements.
With this call for tenders, contract suppliers for ultrasound devices will be tendered based on the main purpose of use and the technical characteristics of the devices, whether the framework arrangementto konaiseun V, Gynecological and obstetrical ultrasound devices.
Subassemblies I-IV of the framework arrangement for ultrasound equipment have already been entered into the contract period in spring 2023 through a separate tender, and these subassemblies I-IV are therefore not included in this request for tender.
Contract period of the framework arrangementfour (4) bidders will be selected from the bidders who meet the conditions of the request for tender as contract suppliers.
The length of the contract period is two (2) years, with the possibility of two one-year (1 1) option periods. The contract period can therefore be a maximum of four (2 1 1)years.
The anticipated total value of the acquisition (VAT 0%) is a total of 3 million euros and the maximum value is 4 million euros. Estimates of procurement quantities are described in more detail in appendix 1 of the request for tenders.
