• Hämeenlinna City's Urban Construction Industry is requesting your offer for the paving contract for city-maintained streets, light traffic lanes, roads, courtyards and markets located in the Hämeenlinna city area, according to the tender documents. The nature of the contract is a unit price contract. The competition has not been divided into sub-units. The one contract partner model lightens the administrative burden and improves the customer's quality control and operational efficiency. The competition is conducted in an open manner. as a procedure on the basis of which one tenderer is selected as the contractual partner. The selection criteria for the competition is overall economic affordability. Price points are given for the unit prices so that the one who offers the lowest unit price gets the maximum points and so on price points are calculated using the formula lowest price/offered price*maximum points. The one with the most price points wins. This is a purchase that exceeds the national threshold, with an expected value of 4 million euros. The contract period will enter into force at the earliest after the procurement decision has become legally binding or after the market court has issued an execution permit for the procurement and the contracting parties have signed a written procurement contract. The contract period is temporary and ends on 31 December 2026. The contract includes as additional acquisition opportunities, the options extend the contract period by 1+2 years.
