Description:
The object of the procurement is the construction of an approx. 40 km long 110 kV power line as a KVR contract, brought to full operating condition. The procurement also includes the acquisition and delivery of materials. The line is located in the areas of the towns of Haapajaervi and Pyhaejaervi. The transmission line contract consists of the management shares in Haapajaervi P77 (Murtomaeki) approx. 18.4 km and P77 (Murtomaeki) Ruotanen approx. 22 km.
The power line is implemented as a 2-Duck power line, mainly with a braced pole structure, with free-standing lattice poles in field areas. The power line route is located on a 21 km section of the existing 110 kV power line Pyhaejaervi Haapajaervi alongside. The terminal portals for the Haapajaervi and Ruotanen substations are part of the substation contract, which Elenia procures separately. The power line will be implemented in two parts. The preliminary and general planning material for the power line will be delivered during the procurement process.
The contract is based on the construction contract generalto the contract conditions YSE1998 with changes agreed upon during the procurement process. The selected Contractor undertakes to act as the main contractor of the KVR contract, the main implementer, the site manager and the contractor responsible for site services.
