Description:
Helen Oy (hereinafter referred to as the contracting entity or subscriber) has set a target to be a carbon -neutral energy company by 2030. To achieve this goal, Helen has decided to implement a carbon -neutral plant in Hanasaari (HAC). The heat production plant will include heat productionwith power boilers. A district heating warehouse will be carried out in connection with the electric boiler plant. The acquisition focuses on the low voltage centers of Helen Oy (subscriber) Hanasaari C-electric boiler plant. The acquisition, its preliminary scope and options are described in more detail in Annex 9. Description of the procurement.
