• Description:
• The construction project includes the work required for the construction of Hanasaari's temporary arrangements to the extent indicated in the contract documents, in accordance with the tender documents, with all related work and purchases fully completed. The contract includes, among other things, Helen's construction of access routes and event field related to the temporary commissioning of the power plant area, as well as water supply construction works. The builder is the Public Areas service of the city of Helsinki's urban environment department, which also operates in accordance with YSE 98 as the customer. The work according to the contract documents must be ready and received, and the inspections required by the authorities and inspection institutions must be approved by 29 May 2026. The form of the contract is a complete contract, in which the contractor selected for the work works As the main contractor acting as the main contractor as intended by YSE and the legislation. On 7 March 2017, the YKT parties entered into a cooperation agreement under the name "joint municipal engineering site", in which the city of Helsinki is named as the "main customer" and other contracting parties as "subscribers". In this agreement, the YKT parties are e.g. agreed on the appointment of a joint safety coordinator according to VNa 205/2009. From the "customers" of the YKT site, everything mentioned in the commercial documents of this contract is transferred to the main contractor responsibilities of the main contractor. Section 1.7 of the contract program lists the developer's YKT parties, separate contractors, and section 3.4 lists the developer's other procurements.
