Description:
The Procurement Services of the City of Turku's Corporate Administration is requesting offers for hardware store supplies for the period 1 December 2022 to 30 November 2024, after which the contract can be extended by a separate decision to the period 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2026 (option).
The procurement is divided into 11 parts:
1. Fasteners
2. Grinding needyokes and chipping and cutting tools
3. Hand Tools
4. Yard and garden tools
5. Building materials
6. Construction chemicals
7. Electronic Tools
8. Power Tools
9. Air tools
10. Welding tools
11. Products outside of the SAP product list
Subsets 1-10:
SubsetIn steps 1-10, the products to be ordered in the customer's SAP product list are tendered.
For sub-assemblies 1-10, we are looking for one supplier for each, who can order the products they offer in the customer's SAP product list. In sub-assemblies 1-10, the supplier of the product category is not sought, but subthe supplier who wins the competition gets its product for sale at the purchase locations of the customer's product catalog. The basis for comparing sub-assemblies is the best price-quality ratio. The bidder receives quality points for his bid based on the discount percentage he offers for the product category of the sub-assembly. The subscriber uses the productse-category discount percentages when purchasing products outside the SAP product list.
Products left unoffered and contrary to the request for tender may be included in the offer in sub-assemblies in a total of 2-3% of the product lines. Allowed empty product lines and products offered against the request for quotation...
