Description:
The subscriber asks for a bid for the Sataedu Kokemaki office's main building for the harmful substance survey of the A and C parts. The aim of the study is to determine the planning of any harmful agents (such as asbestos, PCB, lead, creosote, molds) in building materialsfor. The prerequisite for the offer is to explore the site and the screens can be agreed with Kari Jaakkola (040 1994 372). The choice of the study is based on the most overall offer. 3. Contents of the study: The offer must include the following steps and deliveries: - Research planDemonstration in accordance with RT-Kortin103501, as well as the Ministry of the Environment 15.11.2019 (Annex) in accordance with the guide. Demolition survey quantity data is assembled on a separate demolition survey report form (Excel file), which acts as part of the demolition mapping report.-and C -parts (material samples, surface surveys) - Laboratory tests and analyzes - reporting of results should be presented: - Various sample locations and materials - detected harm and concentrations - risk assessment and recommendations for follow -up - Possible Expert ExplorationFor the results, the work must be started no later than June 1, 2025 and completed by 31.7.2025 at the latest. A more detailed schedule will be agreed upon by the selected supplierwith.
