Description:
We ask for your offer for the harvester and other products and services separately in the request for offer. The harvester is intended as a learning environment for forestry machine operator students.
The harvester to be purchased must be new, model year 2023. The harvester must be installed in accordance with the requirementsnot Finnish-language harvesting programs and control systems. The harvester must be equipped according to the technical specification according to the request for tender.
We train forest machine drivers primarily in the Northern Finland area. Harvester's driver training includes working with a machine at a logging sitein the tasks of manufacturing additional timber. In addition, the forestry machine driver's studies include maintenance and repair work, where the student handles the procurement of maintenance and spare parts as student work as part of preparation for working life.
We require the availability of maintenance, spare parts and technical support in the Rovaniemi areala as required in the contract model.
As part of the purchase, the bidder must undertake to take a John Deere 1070E harvester as a replacement machine. The harvester as a replacement machine and the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the replacement machine are described in the Replacement machine section of the request for tenders.
