• Description:
• Oulu's urban environmental services is requesting a bid for the basic improvement of Haukiputaa's central field for the summer of 2026. The contract includes the fully completed construction of municipal engineering, sport-specific performance venues, public skating area and parking areas in the scope presented in the contract documents. In the contract, the part of the load-bearing layer of the earth cutting is piled up in Virpiniemi, the need estimate is approx. 4500 m3ktr (driving distance 7-8 km) and for the Annalankanka fitness trail, including the load-bearing layer spread, the need estimate is approx. 1200 m3ktr (driving distance 3-4 km). The quantity and unit price list has separate lines for pricing these work steps. Plan maps of the delivery locations are attached. Surplus masses for which the customer does not have a designated place are the contractor's property. The more detailed content of the contract is described in the tender documents. The total price of the tender must be based on the quantities and copies according to the quantity and unit price lists (attached). You may not change or make new copies of the given transcripts transcripts may not be included in the offer. The contractor acts as the main contractor in this contract and as the main implementer as defined by the legislation (Occupational Safety Act 738/2002 and Government Decree on Construction Safety 205/2009). The contract also includes making the necessary plans. The selected contractor is required to provide accurate measurements and the completed measurements are stored in the customer's system.
