Description:
The University of Helsinki's real estate services Oy requests an offer for the hazardous waste service of the University of Helsinki and Kiinteistoe Oy Biomedicum Helsinki offices.
The University of Helsinki operates on four campuses in Helsinki and 9 other locations in Finland. KOy Biomedicum Helsinki's largest shareholders ovat University of Helsinki, HUS, City of Helsinki and Senate properties. The company is responsible for the maintenance and property maintenance of the research and teaching center Biomedicum Helsinki buildings (Haartmaninkatu 8 and Tukholmankatu 8).
The competition is divided into two parts, born from the activities of the University of Helsinkivat:
1) chemical and other hazardous waste from laboratories and
2) biological and clinical waste.
The tenderer can only offer one or both parts. If the same tenderer wins to handle both parts, both parts will be combined into the same contract.
Most of the hazardous waste generatedy Kumpula, Meilahti and Viikki campuses. In addition, tenants operating in the premises of the university and in the premises of Kiinteistoe Oy Biomedicum Helsinki can acquire hazardous waste management services under the terms of the future contract. Tenants make their own contracts with the service provider.
