The acquisition focuses on HCS-V wagons manufactured by Hanning & Kahl for 70 songs in Artic (MLNRV3) in one-way trams to communicate between the gear and the wagon. Delivery of wagon devices will be dealt with eight items between 8/2025-10/2026. HelsinkiThe tram tram tracking system locking system is defined as compatible with HCS-V wagon equipment manufactured by Hanning & Kahl, and Artic (MLNRV3) trams have been built at the factory for Hanning & KAKL HCS-V. RequiredThe purchase price of the HCS-V wagon device, which meets the features, has a ceiling price of € 8,000 (VAT 0 %). If the price of the equipment notified by the tenderer exceeds the above ceiling price, the offer will be rejected and the purchase may be suspended. The contracting entity selects one contract partner(1) a supplier. The equipment offered must be new. The subject of the acquisition and the requirements of it are described in detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes.
