• The subject of procurement are the following healthcare supplies: SUONIKOHJUOP. LASER CATHETER EMPTY.BOTTLE SET EMPTY.BOTTLED EMPTY SPSS SET The contracts are fixed-term, the contract period is 1.2.2026-1.2.2027. Estimated value of the purchase Estimated value of the purchase for the contract period is 222,468 EUR VAT. 0%. Procurement follows the law on public procurement and right-of-use agreements (1397/2016, Procurement Act). It is an EU threshold procurement, and the procurement procedure is in accordance with Section 40 of the Procurement Act direct procurement. The basis for direct procurement is that the conclusion of the contract is absolutely necessary, and the prescribed deadlines cannot be met due to the extreme urgency caused by an unforeseeable reason beyond the control of the procurement unit (Procurement Act Section 40 Section 2 Subsection 4) Due to the extreme urgency caused by reasons beyond the control of the procurement unit and unforeseeable, we have not had time to organize a public tender for the products.
