- Stara, the City of Helsinki Construction Services, asks for your tender for phase 2 of the Heart Tree Park in the Pihkatie area and the foundations of the related bridges in accordance with this invitation to tender and the attached documents.For publication in the announcement channel for Hilma-Public Procurement and the Offer Service, which also has to be drawn up. Acquisition will be carried out as a unit price-based total price contract and one contractor will be selected.The agreement constitutes a quantity purchase obligation for the subscriber. The final actual workloads may be either smaller or larger than proposed in the invitation to tender and the changes in the amounts are not affected by unit prices (exception YSE 1998, ยง 45).The target works. The agreement on the contract is made in accordance with the contract model submitted as Annex 2. Parts or alternative tenders are not allowed. The tenderer must issue his bid for the invitation to tenderthe whole.
