Description:
The city of Kannus requests your offer for the delivery and commissioning of a new 3-circuit heat exchanger for the Takalo school property (Urheilutie 1, 69100 Kannus). Start of work no earlier than June 1, 2026 when the school is closed. The delivery must include:- The heat exchanger equipment as a whole is similar to the old system (except for the comments below)- Necessary equipment, connection parts and expansion tanks- Transport to the destination- Installation and commissioning- Diagrams and connection pictures without operational descriptions- Waste removal- Balancing the school's heating networksOther considerations:- The heat distribution package is delivered without automation, in which case it is equipped with a terminal box, where the cabling of the actuators is brought. The cable is pulled from the terminal box to the socket with a sufficient number of pairs. Distance max. 3m.- Sensor types NTC1.8- Pump status information available directly from the pumps.- Heating circuit pumps are equipped with 0-10v regulation- Pressure difference measurements are added across the pumps 0-10v.- Valve types are selected Schneider Electric VXXX series poppet valves- Schneider Electric M800 is chosen as the actuator for domestic water- Schneider Electric M400 is chosen as the actuator for the heating circuits- There is no need to replace the external sensor
