Description:
A warehouse and office building owned by Mäntyharju Municipality, address Koulutie 11, 52700 Mäntyharju Municipality has explored alternatives for replacing oil with another form of heating and ended up with geothermal heat. Currently, oil consumption is 10,000-12,000 l/a. The building the surface area is 746m2 and the volume is 4025m3. The work is carried out as a turnkey delivery and includes dimensioning calculations making-checking the suitability of the current heating network (for example the suitability of heating radiators for lower for heat), necessary modification works-assistance in permitting-plan-dismantling and disposal of the old oil heating equipment-old oil tanks to be removed-installation of geothermal system with heat wells and ducts-necessary construction and earthworks including finishing - system implementation, and ensuring operation - familiarization of users - maintenance for the first 2 years - warranty min 5 years - automation/remote operation The municipality is applying for an energy subsidy, the receipt of which may be a condition for starting the contract. The customer therefore reserves the right to refuse to accept the offers with justification. Such a reason can be, for example, the cancellation of a funding decision or exceeding the budgeted amount.
