- The North Karelia procurement is requested to offer an offer to update the coastal master plans in the Western area of Heinavesi into one beachfront master plan. The area includes Rummukkala-Koivumaki and Ruokvesi-Pylland Islands. The offer must be made in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes.The work is harmonized in the municipal region of the municipal plans. The setting schedule for the approval of the beachfront master plan will be by the end of 2026 (approval in the municipal council). Planning work can be started immediately once the contract is signed.A additional information from the purchase item to be purchasedin the background of the invitation to tender and in the appendices to the invitation to tender.
