Heka IV cleaning and adjustment 2027 request for design Helsingin kaupuntin asunnot Oy is asking for offers regarding the design of cleaning, measuring and adjusting the ventilation of the objects. The scope of the design is described in more detail in the request for tender with attachments. The object of the design is 35 Heka publishing locations. The cost location can contain one or more buildings. .Summary of the main measures:- Design of tender documents-The adequacy of the current replacement air valves is checked and the necessary new replacement air valves are planned.-Determining the air volumes of ventilation machines in different operating situations (boosts / absence)-Preparation of a site-specific work report-Preparation of a unit price list-Site visit to confirm: plans current situation-Compilation of floor plans from archives or from the permit office Design work on the site should start as soon as possible after signing the contract. Planning period 11/ 2026 The tenderer must provide the total contract price (VAT 0%) in accordance with the request for tenders and its attachments.
