• THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION. WITH THIS NOTICE, POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE ASKED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PLANNING OF THE PROCUREMENT. BACKGROUND OF THE PROCUREMENT The aim of this service procurement is to improve the energy efficiency of the buildings and make them more uniform temperature conditions. In addition, the goal is to be able to adjust the temperatures more precisely in the properties' apartments, common areas and garages. The procurement also aims to test whether this type of service can replace real estate balancing of the heating network, which would save on balancing costs. With this purchase, the functionality of the service will be tested in the entirety of several properties. Heka is particularly interested in whether the bidders are able to make an energy saving promise as part of offer. In addition, comments are requested on how satisfaction with the service is measured as part of the procurement and what kind of proposals are there for measuring the quality of the service.
