- THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION. WITH THIS NOTICE, POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE ASKED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PLANNING OF THE PROCUREMENT. ACQUISITION BACKGROUND The goal of this service acquisition is better energy efficiency and more even buildings temperature conditions. In addition, the goal is to be able to adjust the temperatures more precisely in the properties' apartments, common areas and garages. The procurement also aims to test whether this type of service can replace real estate balancing of the heating network, which would save on balancing costs. With this acquisition, the functionality of the service will be tested in the entirety of several properties. Heka is particularly interested in whether the bidders are able to make an energy saving promise as part of it offer. We also hope for comments on how satisfaction with the service is measured as part of the procurement and what kind of suggestions there are for measuring the quality of the service. CONTENTS OF PROCUREMENT • Smart heating Apartment-specific electronic control with the help of radiator thermostats in apartments and common areas of residential properties The service provider delivers as a service: • All equipment related to the service and their installation and maintenance • All communication related to the intelligent heating system • A cloud service from which Heka can monitor and control temperatures More details about the content of the service in the service description in the attachment.
