- With this call for tenders, Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) is asking for tenders regarding the IV roofs of the buildings. The contract includes the cleaning of the building's ventilation ducts, valves, grilles and ventilation machines, as well as the replacement of filters. The air volumes in the buildings are measured and adjusted to the planned values. The grease filters of all stove hoods are replaced. Replacement air valves are serviced in some of the sites. More detailed information about the site-specific contract scope can be found in the attachment to the request for tender of existing job descriptions The procurement is divided into five areas. The sub-areas are: Section 1: Heka ventilation cleaning and adjustment 2026, competition 1 Sub-area 2: Heka ventilation cleaning and adjustment 2026, sub-competition 2 Section 3: Heka ventilation cleaning and adjustment 2026, competition 3 Section 4: Heka ventilation cleaning and adjustment 2026, section 4 Section 5: Heka ventilation cleaning and adjustment 2026, tender 5 Special apartments Sub-areas 1, 2 and 3 also contain a few options, which Heka decides to order during the contract period. The tenderer who meets all the suitability and minimum requirements and has offered the lowest total price will be selected as the contract partner.
