Description:
Helen Oy is implementing a modular liquid-to-liquid heat pump setup to Helsinki, Vuosaari. HP module will produce heating to Helen-s district heating (DH) network. Heat pump module uses low temperature waste heat from nearby industrial process as a heat source. Heat pump module produces district heating, and the heat will be transferred to the district heating network of Helsinki. An intermediate antifreeze loop will be established between industrial process and heat pump module by the purchaser. Heat pumps are directly connected to the district heating network (design parameters 16barg/120°C) or with separate liquid/liquid heat exchangers (included in the Scope of Works if needed). The scope of this specified works is the delivery and commissioning of heat pump module consisting of liquid-to-liquid heat pumps installed inside a container or a custom made module ready to be connected to liquid networks and power supply. The scope of works contains heat pump units and all the necessary auxiliary equipment and services which are described in Invitation to Tender and its Appendixes. Items which are not mentioned in documentation but are needed for the heat pumps to operate reliably shall be included to the scope of works.
