Description:
The Contracting unit is planning to implement air-to-water-heat pump- plant (AWHP) to Helsinki, Patola. Patola AWHP plant will produce heating to Helen's district heating (DH) network. Patola AWHP plant is an air-source-heat pump system consisting of two main components: outdoor installed heat collectors and indoor installed DH supplying heat pump unit. Indoor heat pump unit shall be installed into separate engine room in a greenfield building on the site premises. Heat collectors are installed outside in the site premises to a separate heat collector field. Outdoor installed heat collectors provide heat to an intermediate fluid network. Indoor installed heat pump units take heat from the intermediate fluid network and supply heat to the DH network. Delivery scope consists of heat collector setup, which is ready to be attached to fluid networks and electric supply. Delivery includes heat collector units and all the necessary auxiliaries, accessories and services described in tender request and its- appendices. Equipment and services not mentioned in tender request and it's appendices, but needed in heat collector setups- reliable function, shall be included in delivery.
