• Description:
• Helen Oy's (hereafter the Client) requests offers for the pipeline contractor Salmisaaari's A facility. Helen Oy is building a district heating supplementary water plant on the Salmisaaari site in Helsinki. The project is named the SA0 project. The initial scope of the procurement is according to the appendices of the procurement notice. The contract form for the construction works is Client-driven subcontracting, where Helen Oy exercises the main control over the project, i.e. acts as the Client, developer and main executor of the project. The contract (implemented on site) the preliminary schedule is 07.2026 - 11.2026. A more detailed schedule will be specified later. Broadly speaking, this Contract includes the following construction works:• procurement of piping and bracket material• pre-fabrication work at the Contractor's machine shop• piping and freight of bracket material to the construction site• Hauling and installation of equipment purchased by the customer to the construction site• hauling, installation of piping and bracket material and EN 13480-compliant inspections at the construction site• accurate measurements of equipment and pipelines agreement and arrangement before the final fixing of the devices with the measurement service acquired by the Customer• inspections including possible inspections of the notified facility• Piping insulation Optionally procured:• Contract including scaffolding work or as an alternative, the Customer pays for the racks.
