- Helen Oy (hereinafter the Procurement Entity or the Customer) plans to carry out a fuel conversion for the coal-fired K7 dust-burning boiler (SaK7) of the Helsinki Salmisaaari power plant, in which the boiler will be changed to a bubble bed boiler (BFB) based on the combustion of wood pellets.
Object of procurementa is the total delivery of the boiler conversion, which includes the conversion of the current coal dust boiler into a BFB fluidized bed boiler burning wood pellets, renewing the flue gas cleaning system and equipping the boiler plant with a heat recovery system, including all the necessary peripheralslmaet.
In connection with the boiler modification works, the Customer intends to acquire, as a separate tender, also the power plant's pellet receiving, storage and conveyor equipment, which is limited to the scope of this procurement.
In this procurement, Helen is looking for one (1) supplier to answer the followinga about the scope of delivery:
- Equipment delivery including design, materials, manufacturing (incl. CE marking) and transport
- Implementation planning
- Installation work including mechanical installation with steel structures and electrification and instrumentation installation work
- Demolition work in a separately defined lain time (The customer also carries out demolition work himself)
- Automation system modification work
- Tests
- Installation tasks of the plant
- Documentation for the systems and services that the supplier is responsible for according to the delivery limits
- Training of the customer's operation and maintenance personnel
