Description:
The object of the procurement is the protection and automation systems of Helen Sähköverkko Oy's (hereinafter Procurement Unit) Salmisaaari 110 kV, Suvilahti 110 kV and Viikinmäki 20 kV substations. Helen Sähköverkko Oy modernized Salmisaaari 110 kV, Suvilahti 110 kV and Viikinmäki's 20 kV substation protection and automation systems in 2027-2028. Salmisaari's 110 kV substation has a 14-field ABB 110 kV ELK-04 GIS switchgear and the protection and automation system is mainly supplied by Siemens in 2002 systems. The Suvilahti 110 kV substation has a 20-field 110 kV 8DN8 GIS switchgear supplied by Siemens, and the protection and automation system is the systems supplied by Siemens in 2006. The Viikinmäki 20 kV substation has a 47-field Siemens The 20 kV NxPlus switchgear and the protection and automation system supplied by Siemens are the systems supplied by Siemens in 2006. "turnkey" delivery. In addition the identification systems of the stations will be changed to comply with current practice. Entrants will be required to have sufficient experience in substation projects of a similar size.
