- The residential apartment buildings will be renovated, which will renew, including water pipes, group centers, rising and ventilation systems. The apartment is ventilated with heat recovery. As a result of technology changes, the ceiling areas of the apartments will be changed and fire compartment enclosures are added to the stairwells. The bathrooms of the dwellings will be removed from the floor and the surface structures of the bathrooms, including waterproofing, will be replaced.
