Description:
The object of the acquisition is the production of a hemodialysis service as a service purchased by HUS for patients who need it.
The service provider operates in accordance with the Act on Private Health Care (152/1990). The hemodialysis service is produced with the service provider's personnel resources, equipment and premisesin, excluding medical services, which are carried out in accordance with the service description. The service provider is responsible for the implementation of the treatment prescribed by the Subscriber, the facilities and equipment required for the treatment, and other services required for the treatment.
The purchase includes two (2) Service deliveryttaja's treatment unit, i.e. SAT unit, where the Client's hemodialysis patients are treated. More detailed requirements for SAT units are defined below in this request for tenders and in the annexes to the procurement contract. At the start of the contract, approximately 200-230 patients will be transferred to the service.
The service provider has a reservationresponsive to changes in the need for the service and possible fluctuations in the number of patients during the contract period. In addition, the Service Provider must note that the holiday dialysis described in the service description must not endanger the treatment of HUS patients. The dialysis in question comes in addition to the quota agreed with HUS.
The procurement also includes equipment and supplies related to dialysis training activities to be placed in HUS' training dialysis unit for training dialysis.
