Description:
The city of Riihimäki (hereafter "Procurement Unit" or "Client") requests bids for Herajoki School's IV direct steam heat pump system with installations in accordance with this request for bids and its attachments. national threshold values, i.e. it is a small-scale procurement, the procurement instructions of the city of Riihimäki are applied in the bidding process.
