Description:
The acquisition is subject to the repair of the facade of the Hermann School B building (Veterans and Museum of Independence) at Torikatu 5. The repair project includes the following work entities: Building facade rendering repair: Demolition of current plaster, plasterboard damagemapping and repair, plasterboard cleaning, three -layer plaster implementation, replacement of window water sheets, increasing eaves protective panel, increasing the protection of the luminaires, renewing grilles, renewing the downplates and gutters, and renewing the gutter. The contract willto perform in weather protection. The contractor acts as the main contractor and main implementer of the site. The work must be completed by September 12, 2025. The tenderer may be able to explore the subject on their own or may be agreed upon in the invitation to tenderCriteria for purchasing with the reported subscriber.
