- The contract includes the dredging and filling of the eastern shore of Hernesaari, Area 5, in the scope indicated in the contract documents. The contract includes dredging and filling the sea. In connection with the work, the road leading to Pihlajasaari will be moved and partially rebuilt power line. The developer is the Public areas service of the city of Helsinki's urban environment department, which also acts as a subscriber in accordance with YSE 98. The works according to the contract documents must be ready and received by the authorities and inspectors the inspections required by the institutions were held as approved on December 4, 2026. The type of contract is an overall contract, in which the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor acting as the main contractor as defined by YSE and Finnish legislation. The contractor is responsible site management responsibilities and site services. The work is done as a total price contract. The construction site will be implemented in its entirety as a low-emission construction site, the requirements of which can be found in section 4.2 of the contract boundary appendix. The quantities shown in the plans are not for the subscriber binding. The bidder who gave the most economical offer in terms of overall economy will be selected as the contractor. In terms of overall economy, the most economical is the offer that is among the offers that meet the requirements for the suitability of the bidder set by the developer in terms of price the cheapest. A subcontractor/subcontractor of a contractor who is in a contractual relationship with the customer has the right to subcontract/subcontract the work further. Chaining the procurement/contract beyond this is not possible...
