Description:
The contract covers the construction of the work on the construction of the artificial ice rinks and routes to the extent shown in the contract documents.
Building artificial ice rinks and playing fields, as well as renewal of outdoor activities, outdoor activities and lighting and the extension of the parking area.
The developer is the General Areas of the City of Helsinki Urban Environment, which also serves as a subscriber according to YSE 98.
The work of the contract documents must be ready and received as well as required by authorities and inspection institutions Inspections approved on 31.10.2026.
The contract is a total contract in which the contractor selected for the job is YSE and Finnish legislation Meaning the main contractor is the main contractor. The contractor is responsible for the site's management obligations and site services.
YKT parties On March 7, 2017, they have entered into a "joint municipal engineering site" under the name of a cooperation agreement in which the City of Helsinki is named "the main subscriber" and other contractors "subscribers". In this agreement, the UK Parties include: agreed on the designation of a joint VNA 205/2009.
