The building site is located in Vantaa, in the Hiekkaharju and Havukoski areas.
The construction project includes the construction of a new DN600 trunk water pipeline on Tikkurila Water Tower on Talvikkie, always at the Peltoniemi pressure increase station on Peltoniemenkatu. The water pipe is about 2.6 km long. Scopeare in detail in the plans.
