  • The Tenderer is requested to submit a tender for a fully operational high-resolution printing system based on, but not restricted to, high-precision capillary printing, direct writing, high-resolution dispensing or other techniques capable of providing sub-micron resolution. The main usage of the system is to manufacture -high-resolution electrodes for miniaturizing organic-electronic devices such as organic electro-chemical transistors, electrolyte gated organic field-effect transistors, and other devices, -insulating layers with high precision and resolution for isolation of both electrodes and semiconductors in the electronic devices, -multi-layer structures, including organic semiconductors and dielectrics to complete the functional device structures, -photonic nanostructures using metallic, semiconductor, or dielectric inks to form periodically patterned surfaces that can guide or controllably scatter light of as short wavelength as possible (preferably in the visible range), as well as multi-material individual and clusters of pillars and lines with high aspect-ratio (height vs width) through multi-layer printing with different inks, -structured surfaces using inks based on polymeric and/or bio-materials for controlling the response of cells and bacteria towards various topographical, chemical and mechanical cues, -and conducting lines onto existing (mm-size) 3D scaffolds and soft-matter structures.
