Description:
The ELY Center in Northern Ostrobothnia will launch with this contract notice to obtain a bidding process to obtain a road plan by the project "VT 4 Iin bypass, TS".
Highway 4 is Finland's most important northern-south road connection, which is one of the main roads of the Finnish roads and is part of international TEN-T-core network corridor. Traffic problems in the Oulu -Kemi connection are emphasized in daily traffic, so it is necessary to improve the road. Development measures can eliminate the worst traffic problems of the connection and secure the daily business and other traffic Mobility needs.
The following entities:
- The total length of the new bypass connection is Rainanpera and North Iin In the line between the line about 17 km. From downtown interchange to Asematie, the new entrance to be built on the Asematie is approximately 1.7 mile. The parallel road connection of the bypass to the station road MT 851 is approximately 1.1 km long.
- The bypass is implemented as a continuous mid -lane 2+1 bypass lane
