Description:
The acquisition is the target of the Lapland Welfare Area ("contracting entity", "subscriber" or "tenant") in connection with the Lapland Central Hospital Ounasrinenteentie 22, 96400 Rovaniemi Rental of the premises to be placed in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes.
Business premises are purchased in modular structures. The selected supplier plans, manufactures, transports and erects the modules on the finished plot in its entirety, and unload the modules at the end of the lease period according to the requirements set out in the invitation to tender and in the annexes. The modules do not transfer to the subscriber. Module There must be all the requirements mentioned in this invitation to tender and its annexes to meet the purpose and meet.
The supplier will coordinate Modules to the area given, according to permits, coordinating buildings with subscriptions on the site.
The lease is made for three (3) years and is entitled to extend as a option for two (2) one (1) for a year -long period. The subscriber has the right to terminate the lease for individual modules, according to the transfer of operations to permanent premises in accordance with the draft agreement attached to this invitation to tender.
