The acquisition focuses on Sastamala's Food and Cleaning Services Oy Servvi's personnel rental for food and cleaning services. The temporary labor is mainly utilized for the treatment of short-term and acute substitutes and for unpredictable short-term labor requirementsfor filling. Surprisingly, the need for substitute labor arises, for example as a result of sick leave, whereby temporary labor must be available even for shifts starting the same day. If necessary, temporary labor can also be used for longer -term, fixed -term employment and otherTo the subscriber's labor needs. The titles of the staff needed by the customer are chef, nutrition worker, service worker, dishwasher and institutional nurse. According to the subscriber, the need for temporary workforce is divided by task titles as follows: chef 7 %, nutrition worker 1 %, dishes 9 %, 9 %Service worker 15 %, institutional nurse - health care department sites and Hopu Service Center 26 %and Institutional Care - Other sites: 42 %. Temporary labor may be required for all subscriber work sites (Appendix 2.
