Description:
The services of the elderly in the Northern Savonia welfare area, at home support services, request a bid for the home assistance service (later also referred to as aid services) in the area of the city center. Piloting contract period is expected to begin on 1.6.2025 and end 31.5.2026.In addition to the actual contract period, the acquisition includes one (1) six (6) month option for 1.6.2026 - 30.11.2026. In the Northern Savo Welfare Area, services supporting home living are piloted home-based assistive services to enhance the customer's own ability to function andOnce maintained to make the customer more independently at home longer. Such assistive services may include: Assistance in eating, small home care tasks, physical activation such as outdoor activities, support for washing and supporting social life. The goal is to do those things togetherwith the client, where he or she is activated in managing his own everyday life and working together will possibly help the experience of loneliness. The client's abnormalities observed during the visit must be reported immediately to the customer's care unit. The service is intended for home care clients withThe assessment of the need for service has revealed a decline in the independent care of everyday chores, and it is not possible for the customer to use their network or self -funded service.
