The South Karelia Welfare Area has Lifecare customer and patient information systems based on contracts indefinitely, which is system supplier by Tietoevry Finland Oy. The planned direct procurement is a home care desk renewal project as part of social andHealthcare information system package. The project includes the cost of the annual fee and commissioning project for the revised home care software. The current Lifecare Home Care solution does not meet all national and legislation requirements for the processing of client and patient information,which is why a new product solution is necessarily needed to replace the current solution. In addition, product support for the current solution will end. The current home care desktop solution also provides information on the home care ERP system, but if the reform project is not implemented, the home care ERP systemNo necessary information to implement the home care service.
