Description:
The welfare region of South Karelia tenders medical services for home care clients.
Services are purchased to supplement the welfare area's own basic healthcare service production.
The estimated scope of the services to be purchased is one person-year (about 38 hours per week).
Services are acquired so-called leftwith the tuu doctor model. In the model, home care clients have a doctor who is familiar with their care, who is responsible for the patients' medical treatment in terms of primary care physician services.
Treatment mainly consists of remote receptions, telephone consultations and treatment plans / mapfrom the customer's home. In the care model, the home care client does not go to the health center to get basic health care, but the service provider delivers the medical service to the client.
The contract period is aimed to start on March 1, 2023. The contract period is limited until February 28, 2025, after which the contractcan continue as an indefinite contract. The continuation of the contract as an indefinite contract will be announced about six months before the end of the contract.
