• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the home care service for the home care clients of the four (4) home care team areas of the Central Finland welfare region between 06:00 and 22:00 on all days of the week during the year. The service must include regular and temporary home care. The service provider undertakes to provide services in accordance with the customers' service decisions. The service is implemented as physical customer visits. The service is procured for four (4) areas: Viitasaari, Pihtipudas, Uurainen-Tikkakoski and Laukaa. By home care is meant the whole consisting of home care according to § 19 a of the Social Care Act (1301/2014) and home nursing tasks included in § 25 of the Health Care Act (1326/2010). Night-time home care from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. is organized by the Subscriber. Security service and distance care is implemented in partnership as a collaboration between the Subscriber and the Producer. The target schedule for the procurement is that service production according to the procurement contracts will start no later than June 1, 2026. The acquisition will be carried out through the transfer of business. Of those who are the subject of the acquisition home care workers in the regions will transfer from the service of the Subscriber to the service of the selected Service Provider under the terms of a separate business transfer agreement.
