Description:
Tuomi Logistiikka Oy requests offers to the Pirkanmaa Welfare Area for the acquisition of care for care for careless and disabled short -term care services.
The acquisition is divided into the following areas:
Sub-area 1. Treatment in the housing unit
Sub-area 2. A home service
Sub-area 3. Group activities
Sub-area 4. Special level support family activities
The service products in the sub-areas are described under each area under "Part Description".
The contract period for service providers approved at the start of the procurement procedure begins with a purposeful basis on 1.1.2026 and is valid indefinitely.
Acquisition The annual value of VAT is estimated at approximately EUR 5,000,000.
The sub-area includes the following service products:
• 24-hour care in the housing unit for people under 18
• Part-day care in the housing unit for people under 18
• 24-hour care in the housing unit for 18-64 year olds
• part -time Treatment in a housing unit for 18-64 year olds
24 -hour care products include the following service classes: 1: 24 -hour short -term care, 2: demanding short -term 24 -hour care and 3: Very demanding short -term 24 -hour care.
With the care of the housing service unit refers to the client's care outside your home in a housing unit or group home
The service is implemented both 24 hours
