Description:
The acquisition focuses on home health care for people under the age of 18 and demanding home services. The services to be purchased are described in more detail in the invitation to tender (see Annexes 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3). There are five (5) areas in the acquisition: Sub-area 1: Primary health care home health care section 2: homeBasic Services for Disability Services / Care Section 3: Home Disabled Services Disiferial or Special Care Section 4: Home Service for Families with children 5: Estimated childcare estimated number of clients at the beginning / area of the contract period as follows. Please note,that estimates of the number of customer numbers are not an accurate estimate and the contracting entity is not committed to the number below: Section 1: approximately 10 customers per month section 2: approximately 18 customers per month 3: approximately 12 customers per month 4: approximately 70-80 customers per month 5: approximately 40Customer per year The above estimates of the number of customer numbers oblige the tenderer to prepare for the estimated number of customer and to meet the customer's needs. In the case of home health care (sub-area 1), the service provider must accept the client offered. In other areas it is possible for a service providerrefuse the customer offered. The tenderer may offer one or more areas. Please note the extra points when submitting the offer. The benchmark is the overall economy, with a weight of 80 % and a quality of 20 %.
