• The welfare area of ​​Lapland is asking for offers for the whole, which includes:1. home security devices for customers of the Lapland welfare area2. alarm reception service3. alarm reception system to provide the aforementioned service as the wellness area's own activity. In procurement, safety equipment refers to various safety equipment that can be given to the home, which can improve the safety of the customer living at home. Security devices to be purchased include security phones and their accessories, a locating security bracelet and a solution for communal housing door monitoring. The alarm reception service refers to a service in which alarms from security devices are received, a preliminary assessment is made of the need for assistance and the request is forwarded still to the security assistants. The service will be in operation around the clock, every day of the year. The alarm reception system means a system with which the subscriber can receive alarms from different security devices and forward them as a task for security assistants. The welfare area of ​​Lapland plans to adopt the alarm reception service as its own operation according to the preliminary schedule in the spring of 2028. The welfare area will acquire the alarm reception service until the reception system is put into use, after which the acquisition of the reception service ends.
