Description:
The object of the procurement is home-based housing support and short-term care intended for adult customers of the city of Helsinki's disability services. Procurement is divided into three sub-areas, which are Sub-area 1 Basic take-home service Sub-area 2 Demanding take-home service Sub-area 3 A particularly demanding service to take home The service to be procured is described in more detail in the tender documents. Customers can be customers of the disability service who require treatment, care and supervision, who live alone or with a family. The service can be housing support, it can be compensated for daytime activities or it can be used to arrange for interleaving the carer's statutory time off. Customers can be people who rely on ventilators. The estimated number of customers for the year 2026 is approximately 50 customers (estimates of the number of customers by sub-area: sub-area 1: 15 customers, sub-area 2: 25 customers and sub-area 3: 10 customers)During the contract period, it is possible that the number of customers will increase in all sub-areas. Service providers are expected to be able to respond to the increase in demand. The procurement unit does not commit to any procurement quantities, but the service is purchased as needed by.
