The North Karelia procurement is requested to offer an offer from Joensuu's Ellin Kodit Oy cleaning work for the contract period from 1.9.2025 to 31.8.2027 + one (1) (1) year option.
Joensuun Kodit Oy (0168143-4) and Student Housing Oy Joensuun Elli (0167853-4) will merge from September 1, 2025 Ellin Kodit Oy, who works as a subscriber in procurement.
