Description: This call for expressions of interest establishes a dynamic system for the procurement of social and health services.
The terms of the procurement system are described in the Annex to the request for participation Principles of a Dynamic Procurement System.
The subject of procurement in the procurement system is housing services for people with intellectual disabilities and guidance and support services provided at home. The acquisition also covers development services for housing services and related services.
The services are mainly provided in Northern Ostrobothnia.
The contracting entity will answer questions on the request to participate received by 10.00 on 18.9.2020, 25.9.2020.
During the establishment phase of the dynamic purchasing system, the contracting entity will reserve 15 working days for the processing of requests to participate received by 10.00 on 5 October 2020.
